Description

A lovingly crafted cover for your baby's health record booklet, with space for vaccination cards, etc. This keeps the health record booklets and vaccination cards safe and secure. For twins, there's also room for two health record booklets (please send a short message if you require this).

  • It is made with a button that can be closed at the back – rubber bands were discontinued due to their lack of durability.

The cover is individually embroidered for you after you place your order. Therefore, changing the embroidery thread colors is no problem.

Dimensions: suitable for max. 2 examination booklets (closed: W approx. 17 cm, H approx. 23 cm)

Design: A design of your choice can also be added upon request. Please send a short email.

I am happy to accommodate your color wishes for the appliqués – these are applied with great care, and additional shading is painted on by hand (using a special fabric paint that does not wash out).

If you would like a different font, please ask.

Inside there is plenty of space for vaccination certificate, photo, etc.

The cover is exactly like the ones in the first and second pictures. The others are from the old range and are only used as examples because of the embroidered designs.

Processing time:

This item is made especially for you. Therefore, delivery may take between 7 and 14 days.

All data only needs to be entered for the mosaic or for the selection options with date of birth.

If all data has been entered, for example under "Name", "Name with Stars", "Name with Hearts", etc., or anywhere where not all data is required, it cannot be taken into account, and only the selected data will be embroidered. For example, "Name with Stars" – only the name with stars will be embroidered.
