Shipping conditions

• Delivery is available within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and Italy. Please inquire for other countries.
• Shipping takes place after the goods have been manufactured and after payment has been received.

Special instructions for international shipping:

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. Please note that we have no control over customs clearance procedures and other processes that may cause delivery delays.

• Austria: €18.90
• Remaining balance: €18.90
• Digital content (e.g., gift vouchers): no shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description:

• Germany: Processing to shipping within 18-21 working days after receipt of payment.
• International: within 18-21 working days after receipt of payment

Special items:

• Bed snakes: 7–14 working days
• Blankets: 3–5 working days
• Changing mat sets: 18–21 working days

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. For items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

Our packages are shipped climate-neutrally with DHL, both nationally and internationally.

Please note: Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Processing time until dispatch

The processing time is 18-21 working days . This means that products will be shipped 18-21 working days after ordering and receipt of payment.
WORKING DAYS = Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Every return means extra work and puts a strain on our environment. Please choose your products carefully. You will find all the important information on the product pages. Despite our best efforts, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

The consumer is responsible for the return of partial or complete deliveries.
